Things you need to know about LORD KRISHNA
Krishna (also Krsna or Hari Krishna)
Whether you believe in the existence of God or not can significantly shift your views of life, humanity, and morality. But I do believe that there is some supreme power above us that guides our path. Success also requires hard work and patience and believing in yourself. 90% of the work you have to do alone and the rest 10% you leave to god.
I read a lot of books as I am a literature student. But in recent times, I am keener to know more and more about Indian mythology and religion, and people’s belief in god. I don’t really have a favorite but Lord Krishna seems to be knowing everything. A quote from one of the books I read recently. “

Whenever adharma threatens the dominance of Dharma, Lord Vishnu will himself descend to vanquish the evil from this world.” This quote has so much meaning to it. Krishna and Allah and Jesus Christ are the same. It’s just how we perceive god. Krishna re-educated the world about devotion and dharma as well as the ultimate reality. His life was a model for people in days past, the modern world, and even till now

His story is a source of joy and inspiration for people from all walks of life. Krishna’s life was so full and is told primarily through Srimad Bhagavatam, Visnu Purana, Brahmavaivarta Purana, Mahabharata, and several other Puranas. A child, a brother, a charioteer, a warrior, a disciple, a guru, a cowherd, a messenger, the beloved of the gopis.
Throughout his life, Krishna enacted so many roles—the whole time never forgetting that they were just that, roles and that his true nature was eternal. Krishna played a major role as a friend to the Pandavas, and it was to Arjuna that Krishna recited the 701 verses of the Bhagavad-Gita. It is the Gita that stands as Krishna’s most important gift to the world. He didn’t come just for the sake of a particular section of society.
He showed everyone—even prostitutes, robbers, and murderers—the path toward spiritual progress. He urges us to live according to our true dharma, to remain steadfast in it, and thus advance in life toward the ultimate goal. Throughout his life, Lord Krishna had to face different crises that arose like waves, one after the other.
Even then, not once was his countenance clouded by sorrow. He faced every difficulty under the sun, but there was no place for sorrow in Sri Krishna’s presence. He was the embodiment of bliss. In his company everyone rejoiced, forgetting all else. In his presence, they tasted the bliss of the Self.
